How myJobCaddy works for Referrers

At myJobCaddy we believe that good quality candidates are the key to our success. We are constantly on the look-out for new candidates to place and provide an incentive scheme for referrers.

When a new candidate registers on our website they are encouraged to provide the email address of the person who referred them. When recommending our website to someone you should ask them to include your email address when prompted at the 'create user name' stage of the registration process.

For each successfully placed referred candidate in permanent or contract work we pay the referrer £100. We can pay to bank accounts in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom. We will email each successful referrer requesting their bank account details and to confirm payment information.
