Member Responsibilities:

To protect against unauthorised access to your profile;
To ensure against use by anyone else of the MyJobCaddy.com service through the machine that Member uses while they are "logged on" to the MyJobCaddy.com service;
To log off or exit from the MyJobCaddy.com service when not using it; and
To keep his/her password secret

You may access your personal data we hold by contacting us. We will provide you with a copy of the personal data we keep about you. As a Member you have the ability to download the information which you provide as part of the registration process.

You may request that the personal data we hold about you be corrected by contacting us. If we agree that your personal data is to be corrected we will provide you with an amended record of your personal data. You can also amend/update your own personal details here.

8. How long we hold personal data:

We'll keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose we collected it for.

A Member may terminate their profile with myJobCaddy. If you wish to do this please contact us.

We reserve the right to remove a user’s profile where we believe information presented has been falsified or provided without the intent to use myJobCaddy’s services in good faith.
